Each transaction will be in terms of the domain name only.

Overview :

None of our domain names have ever been: involved in any
form of dispute; black-listed due to spam; unknowingly or
knowingly used to infringe a trademark; involved in any
form of prior, pending or upcoming claim, proceeding or
judgement against them; used as collateral; used illegally
or immorally; partly owned by any other person or entity.

Transparency is of great importance to you and us. We reserve
the right to drop any transaction at any point which we have
reason to believe, for any reason, is suspect or dishonest.

Anyone considering acquiring a domain name will be solely
responsible for reading and familiarizing himself/herself
with the terms and conditions surrounding domain name
registration, use and upkeep, in addition to assuring
that there are no Trademarks which might be infringed.

To pay for one of our domain names, there are 2 options :

I. Use the 3rd party service provided by EscrowDNS.com -
in which case, buyer will incur their current 1% fee.
(After successful completion of the sale, seller will
reimburse buyer 1/2 of the escrow fee.)
or
II. Purchase directly through our firm, in which case,
buyer may save the escrow service transaction fee.

If purchasing directly through our firm :

We will accept a valid cashier's check or money order,
issued by either: Compass Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of
America or Wachovia, as these are area banks. Trades,
personal checks or other financial instruments are
not acceptable.

After the cashier's check or money order has successfully
passed the bank's close inspection period (which itself
may take up to 10 days), we will send you our registrar's
transfer code, by USPS Express mail, to be used by you to
transfer the name to your registrar.
